The program will improve movement efficiency and motor unit recruitment with an emphasis on mobility, strength training, and metabolic conditioning. Increases in these areas will lead to an increase in your child’s athletic performance. Participants must be at least 12 years old or older.
Classes are currently held Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday at 10:00 a.m. All participants will have access to WODIFY, a performance tracking software.
This class has been designed and will be facilitated by Coach Chris Raymond. Coach Chris has a degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and has worked with the country’s best student athletes at Clemson University and locally at Saint Joseph’s. Coach Chris also has a Master’s degree in Youth Development Leadership making him the ideal coach to work with your teen athletes.
