We have personally seen how high intensity interval training has dramatically changed the lives of the men and women who commit to the process. We created this challenge to introduce our style of training to those who would benefit from it but may be reluctant to come in and try it on their own. We are trying to find motivated men and women who will work hard toward reaching their fitness goals, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible through our training program. The classes will be held Sundays at 4:00 p.m, Mondays 6:30 a.m, noon, and 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays 6:30 a.m, noon, and 6:30 p.m., Fridays 6:30 a.m, noon, and 6:30 p.m., and Saturday at 10:00 a.m. I will be personally running the noon classes.
