The BOOTCAMP is a next level fitness experience designed to improve your performance on the field, on the court, or in the WOD. The program is based upon proven training methods utilized by elite athletes. Only 10 people will be allowed to participate in this 10-session program. These are semi-private training sessions for the dedicated. The BOOTCAMP will be held at 2:00 pm March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, April 7th, 14th, 28th, May 5th, and 19th.
