The BOOTCAMP is a next level fitness experience designed to improve your performance on the field, on the court, or in the WOD. The program is based upon proven training methods utilized by elite athletes. Only 8 people will be allowed to participate in this 5-session program. These are semi-private training sessions for the dedicated. The BOOTCAMP will be held at 4:30pm on Sunday December 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, and Sunday January 6th.
