Power. Performance. Speed. is a specialty program designed to equip student athletes for an increased level of play. The program will improve movement efficiency and motor unit recruitment with an emphasis on mobility, strength training, and metabolic conditioning. Increases in these areas will lead to an increase in your child’s athletic performance.
Classes begin June 15th, 2017 at 6:30pm and will be held every Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:30 am ending July 22nd, 2017. All participants must be at least 12 years old and will have access to WODIFY, a performance tracking software.
This class has been designed and will be facilitated by Coach Chris Raymond. Coach Chris has a degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and has worked with the country’s best student athletes at Clemson University and locally at Saint Joseph’s. Coach Chris also has a Master’s degree in Youth Development Leadership making him the ideal coach to work with your teen athletes.
