Michaela is a certified personal trainer, a USAW Sports Performance Coach, and was on the row team at the University of Alabama. She currently Coaches the Owen J Roberts Row team. She works with our personal training clients on weekends and evenings and coaches classes during our evening 6 Week Fitness Challenges.
