Parents it’s almost your favorite time of year! Which means the big shift from the pool to after school activities. We’re excited to announce that beginning September 3rd, our student program will be available Monday-Thursday at 5pm. This is the same great program with new time slots for the fall season.
If you didn’t know, our Power. Strength. Speed. program is designed to equip student athletes for an increased level of play, and get kids not participating in sports more active. The program will improve movement efficiency and motor unit recruitment with an emphasis on mobility, strength training, and metabolic conditioning. Increases in these areas will lead to an increase in your child’s athletic performance no matter their age range! You’ll also see improvement in these key areas:
Increased knowledge of healthy habits
Improved school performance
Improved social skills
Make sure you sign up ASAP if your kids aren’t already in the program, there’s limited space. 13-17 year olds will come get better Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm. 8-12 year olds will come get better Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm. Looking forward to working with your kids.
