About Unfinished Athletics

Everything you’ll need to transform, under one roof.

Our transformation program is tailored to each individual member. You will be paired with an expert coach that matches your style and needs. All ages, injury history, goals, fitness levels and experience are welcome!

Semi Private Coaching

Our program prioritizes you, not a group of people. Mobility, strength training, and conditioning elements are designed just for you in a semi private setting. As a result, your progress is faster.

Full Scale Nutrition Programs

Work Healthy nutrition plans based on the foods you enjoy. We teach you how to balance healthy foods with everyday life so your progress is permanent.

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing guru Sarah Brasington brings over a total 10 years of experience Kickboxing, coaching, and MMA training combined. Sarah utilizes our rowers, bikes, ski-ergs, dumbbells, and other fitness equipment to throw some high intensity sessions at you. Ask about her one on one program for maximizing fat burn.

Personal Training

As a client, you’ll enjoy a private personal training studio, free from gym crowds and distractions. Only 4 clients utilize MOVE at a time, making it easier for you to relax and focus during your workout while getting the individualized attention you deserve.

Goal Setting and Tracking

Regular goal setting and tracking with our medical-grade Body Composition Analyzer allows us to make the necessary adjustments to your food and exercise as your body changes. It also provides another layer of accountability. 

24/7 Open Gym Access

Our personal training clients can workout whenever they’d like, in a very private atmosphere. Your coach may even prescribe supplemental training to be done on your non-training days in the open gym based on your goals.

Once we’ve put together the perfect Transformation Program for YOU, we’ll introduce you to your Transformation Expert Coach who will be with you every step of the way. Together, you’ll get started.

How Much Does It Cost?

Our programs are custom-designed for each individual. Our programs include one-on-one training, nutrition plans, personalized programming, recovery activities, habit tracking, and more! The cost will be determined once we design the perfect program based on your goals and timeframe.

Do I Have to Have Experience to Start?

Our programs are designed to meet you at your current level, even if you’re finding fitness for the very first time . We’ll  help you build on your results, and support you every step of the journey!

Do I Have to Commit to A Long-Term Membership?

The length of your program is based on your goals. So instead of using memberships and contracts we collaborate with clients in our one-on-one coaching programs to see  what’s needed on a month to month basis. We have clients that work with us before going away on vacations, special events, sport seasons, and we have clients that have worked with us long term. 

 I Want to Get Into Amazing Shape, But I Don’t Know Where to Start

We understand getting started is the hardest part so we’ll take it one step at a time.  Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us.  No working out, no sales pitch, we’re just going to talk about your goals, that’s it.  If you’re excited about what we talk about, we’ll move on to Step 2.  No pressure; we’re coaches, and we’re here to help.
