About Unfinished Athletics
Our program prioritizes you, not a group of people. Mobility, strength training, and conditioning elements are designed just for you in a semi private setting. As a result, your progress is faster.
Work Healthy nutrition plans based on the foods you enjoy. We teach you how to balance healthy foods with everyday life so your progress is permanent.
Our Kickboxing guru Sarah Brasington brings over a total 10 years of experience Kickboxing, coaching, and MMA training combined. Sarah utilizes our rowers, bikes, ski-ergs, dumbbells, and other fitness equipment to throw some high intensity sessions at you. Ask about her one on one program for maximizing fat burn.
As a client, you’ll enjoy a private personal training studio, free from gym crowds and distractions. Only 4 clients utilize MOVE at a time, making it easier for you to relax and focus during your workout while getting the individualized attention you deserve.
Regular goal setting and tracking with our medical-grade Body Composition Analyzer allows us to make the necessary adjustments to your food and exercise as your body changes. It also provides another layer of accountability.
Our personal training clients can workout whenever they’d like, in a very private atmosphere. Your coach may even prescribe supplemental training to be done on your non-training days in the open gym based on your goals.

The length of your program is based on your goals. So instead of using memberships and contracts we collaborate with clients in our one-on-one coaching programs to see what’s needed on a month to month basis. We have clients that work with us before going away on vacations, special events, sport seasons, and we have clients that have worked with us long term.
We understand getting started is the hardest part so we’ll take it one step at a time. Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us. No working out, no sales pitch, we’re just going to talk about your goals, that’s it. If you’re excited about what we talk about, we’ll move on to Step 2.
